MR. CHARLES I. HILLS, who is well-known in electrical circles throughout the United States, has become vice-president and general sales agent for the H. T. Paiste Company, of Philadelphia, manufacturers of electrical specialties. Mr. Hills will continue to make New York his headquarters and has retained his old offices in the Hevemeyer Building.
