....The Atlantic Telegraph Company has been leased by the Baltimore and Ohio, and a cut of rates between Portland, New York, Baltimore and other points has already been announced. The Baltimore and Ohio will also, in the early spring, extend the Atlantic lines through to Bangor, with offices at Auburn, Lewiston, Augusta and other important Canadian cities. The Atlantic lines will also be extended to Manchester, Concord, Nashua and Keene, N. H.
