Mr. Frank E. Fisher, the electrician, of Detroit, was married at San Jose, Cal., on Aug. 14, to Miss L. Bethel, a daughter of the late Mayor Bethel, of that city. Mr. and Mrs. Fisher will take up their residence in Detroit the latter part of this month.
