SIMPLY RECKLESS IN MUNCIE.

Muncie, Ind., April 27. — When local cigarette smokers read that the state supreme court had declared that the cigarette law did not prohibit smoking of cigarettes, they sought revenge on their enemies, the policemen, by appearing publicly in the streets with cigarettes between their teeth. This was something that had not been seen on Muncie streets for about a year.
