DECISION BY THE COURT OF APPEALS. — In the Court of Appeals of Kentucky, on the 25th Inst., the following causes from Kenton County were disposed of: Arthur vs. Kennedy, reversed; Kennedy vs. Arthur, affirmed, Oatman vs. Gray & Hemingray, affirmed. The first two named causes involved the construction of the will of the late Richard Southgate, Sr., of Newport, and by the decisions given in them by the Court of Appeals, we learn that Wm. E. Arthur, Esq., of this city comes into possesion of about $25,000 worth of real estate.
