IN EXPLOSION

 

Mrs. Sue Cusick, wife of David Cusick, the polo player of Kokomo, has received word that her brother, Ralph Hemingray, had a narrow escape from death in New York City a few days ago. He was riding in an automobile with Kid McCoy, the famous pugilist, when the gasoline tank of'the machine exploded. Both men were slightly burned and considerably jarred by the explosion, but neither of them was seriously injured.
