SUIT was brought yesterday in the United States Circuit Court by the Consolidated Fruit Jar Company against the Hemingray Glass Company. It is a suit in equity for [dollar:$20,000] damages and an injunction to stop the Hemingray Glass Company from making the porcelain lined screw-neck fruit jar, which the consolidated company of New York claims infringes the Mason and other letters patent which it owns.
