FUGITIVE LOCATED. A bench warrant for the arrest of Jay Webb, alleged robber, was issued by Superior Judge Houser, yesterday on information to the effect that Webb has been located in Kansas City and is held there awaiting instructions from his city. Webb was originally arrested on the charge of having taken away an insulator from the California Glass Insulator Company's plant and having knowledge of several similar thefts. He jumped his bail.
