Mr. Fred Medsker, as reported in Saturday's Herald, being found on the street car track badly frozen, does not prove to be absolutely correct in every respect. Medaker was slightly frosted, but it was found after being taken to the hospital that one leg was broken below the knee, and badly bruised and skinned all over. Medaker claims that some young bloods ran over him with a buggy.
