RECENT DEATHS. · · The trade will regret to learn that Joseph McFadden, a prominent flint glassworker of Muncie, Ind., passed away in that city Friday, Oct. 25. He was one of the Magic City's best known workmen and numbered his friends by his acquaintances. The funeral was held on the following Monday from St. Lawrence Catholic church and was one of the largest ever witnessed in Muncie. The members of Local Unions Nos. 2, 23, and 115, A.F.G.W.U., as well as Branches 12 and 58, G.B.B.A., turned out in a body, headed by the Muncie brass band. The services were very impressive and the floral offerings were most profuse. · · |
