RECENT DEATHS.


Resolutions of Condolence.

 

The following resolutions on the death of Jos. McFadden were adopted at a recent meeting of Local Union No. 2, A.F.G.W.U., of Muncie, Ind.:

Whereas, It has pleased Almighty God in His infinite wisdom to remove from our midst Brother Joseph McFadden; and,

Whereas, In life he was an earnest worker in the cause of labor and his kindness and generosity endeared him not only to his fellow workers but to all who knew him; and,

Whereas, In his death Local Union No. 2, A.F.G.W.U., has lost a faithful member, his parents a loving son and the community a loyal and upright citizen; therefore, be it

Resolved, That we extend to the bereaved family our sincere sympathy in this hour of bereavement and commend them for consolation to Him who doeth all things for the best.

Resolved, That a copy of these resolutions be presented to the family of our deceased brother and published in the Commoner and Glassworker and Muncie Star and be spread upon the records of L. U. No. 2.
