COVINGTON.

Robert Hemingray's Will.

The will of Robert Hemingray was probated yesterday in the County Court, but for some mysterious cause it was not placed on the public records, but was stowed away in the safe of the County Clerk. The witnesses to the will were Richard P. Ernst and James R. Minor. It was intimated that the large estate left by the deceased was given in trust to his three sons, Robert C., Ralph G. and Daniel Hemingray, to be held by them intact for the benefit of his wife during her life, then to be divided among surviving heirs. Robert C. is an invalid, and could not qualify, but Ralph G. and Daniel qualified without bond.

Mr. Hemingray was one of the wealthiest residents of Covington, and was also the proprietor of the immense glass works at Muncie. He was the father-in-law of Bradford Shinkle, President of the First National Bank, the Covington Gas Company and the Covington and Cincinnati Suspension Bridge Company.
