ROBERT HEMINGRAY'S WILL.

The Estate Given in Trust to the Three

Sons.

The will of Robert Hemingray was probated yesterday in the County Court. The witnesses to the will were Richard P. Ernst and James R. Minor. It was intimated that the large estate left by the deceased was given in trust to his three sons, Robert C., Ralph G., and Daniel Hemingray, to be held by them intact for the benefit of his wife during her life, then to be divided among the surviving heirs. Robert C. is an invalid and could not qualify, but Ralph G. and Daniel qualified without bond.

Mr. Hemingray was one of the wealthiest residents of Covington and was also the proprietor of the immense glass works at Muncie. He was the father-in-law of Bradford Shinkle, President of the First National Bank, the Covington Coal Company, and Covington and Cincinnati Suspension Bridge Company. — Cincinnati Enquirer.
