Bad Weather Interfered.

The amateur theatrical performances in the pavilion at Westside park last evening for the benefit of Grace Episcopal church were not well attended on account of the very inclement weather, but those that did attend were well pleased with the entertainment. Mr. George Cromwell and Miss Nadine Wilson s "A Happy Pair," were good. "Poor Pillicody" was greatly enjoyed and revealed that Muncie has good stage talent. The cast was: Poor Pillicody, Mr. George Ball; Capt. O'Suttle, Mr. Cromwell; Mrs. Pillicody, Mrs. J. R. Marsh; Mrs. O'Suttle, Miss Wilson; Sarah, the maid, Miss Emma Case; the ladies in charge of the entertainment were Mrs. Robert Hemingray, Mrs. Harriet Johnston, and Misses Edna Streeter and Nadine Wilson. The opera house orchestra furnished the music.
