IN HONOR OF MISS REID.

One of the most enjoyable parties of the season was that given last evening at Heath hall by Miss Llewellyn Hemingray in honor of her guest, Miss Marion Reid, of Rochester, N. Y. Miss Hemingray was assisted by her father, Mr. Ralph Hemingray. The guests numbered about sixty, a majority of whom are the young society people of the city. One incident that added much to the enjoyment of the evening was the arrival of Miss Carroll Hemingray from Covington, Ky. Her coming was a complete surprise to Miss Hemingray and her guests. The evening was passed by dancing. Prof. Daisey and Mrs. McDowell furnishing the music. At eleven o'clock a three course luncheon was served, after which the dancing was resumed.
