Start at Covington This Week.

COVINGTON, KY., Feb. 20. — The Covington glassworks at Second street and Madison avenue is to resume operations shortly. The plant was closed some weeks ago by creditors and a receiver was appointed. W. H. Brown, of Fairmount, Ind., representing a new company, has secured a lease on the property and will begin the manufacture of bottles this week. The company will give employment to 50 hands.
