Creditors Sue Bottling Company.

Involuntary proceedings in bankruptcy were filed in United States District Court against the Mavis Bottling Company of Ohio, 915 Dana Avenue, by the Hemingray Glass Company, Muncie, Ind.; Pure Carbonic, Inc., Newark, N. J., and the D. A. White Company, Cincinnati.

The petitioning creditors set up unsecured claims against the respondent in the respective sums of $309.77, $51 and $206.50, aver the respondent is insolvent and charge it committed an act of bankruptcy on or about January 7, 1933, when a receiver was appointed in Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas to take charge of its business.

Court is asked to adjudicate the Mavis Company bankrupt on these grounds.
