Court Appoints Receiver.

 

Upon the petition of the petition­ing creditors in the involuntary proceedings in bankruptcy of the Hemingway [sic] Hemingray Glass Company, Muncie, Ind,, et al. vs, the Navis [sic] Mavis Bot­tling Company of Ohio, soft drink manufacturer, Cincinnati, Robert R. Nevin, United States District Judge, appointed Aaron Wisen, attorney, Cincinnati, as receiver of the re­spondent company and fixed his bond at $2,000.
