Referee Will Hear Matter.
Counsel for all concerned having agreed to waive a hearing by a jury in United States District Court as to the solvency of the respondent in the involuntary bankruptcy proceedings of the Hemingray Glass Company and others against the Mavis Bottling Company of Ohio, District Judge Robert R. Nevin entered an order referring to W. J. Kuertz, referee in bankruptcy, Cincinnati, hearing as to the solvency of the respondent and also to pass upon any offer of composition which may be made by the respondent to its creditors. The referee is to submit a report of his findings of fact and conclusions of law.
