SUED WHILE

ON STAND

While Ralph Hemingray, Muncie, Ind., was giving his testimony be­fore Coroner Cameron Saturday on the death of Wm. H. Bigler in an auto accident, he was served with notice of $10,000 damage suit against him by Bigler's widow.

The auto belonged to Hemingray and collided with a wagon at Clinton and Cutter-sts. several weeks ago.
