May Start New Westminster Factory.
The Crystal Glass Co.'s plant at New Westminster, B. C., has been purchased by J.S. Colton-Fox, a wealthy Englishman, who, it is reported, proposes to again place it in operation. Originally this factory was engaged in the production of bottles, but the venture proved a failure and the plant was placed in the hands of a receiver last May.
