Hemingray's Covington Glass

Works Burned.

Mr. Ralph Hemingray received a telegram from Covington, Ky., this morning that their glass works at the above place was completely consumed by fire early this morning. The factory that burned manufactured insulators and gave employment to about forty hands. The loss is partly covered by insurance.

Researcher notes:	The true extent of the fire is unknown at this time; obviously it did not "completely consume" the Covington factory as reported. It does infer that both Muncie & Covington factories were operating simultaneously.
