To Be Friday

 

Services for Minot K. Holmes, 78, 805 Wayne, will be at 1:30 p.m., Friday in Meeks Mortuary with Rev. C. Russell Moodey, recotr of Grace Episcopal Church in charge.

Burial will be in Elm Ridge Cemetary. Friends may call at the mortuary after 7 o'clock tonight.

He was a prominent retired businessman, moving to Muncie in 1904 to become associated with Hemingray Glass Co., now Owens-Illinois. He retired from Owens-Illinois in 1953.

He died Wednesday on the parking lot at High and Jackson apparently of a heart attack.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Janet Casey, and a son, Eliot Holmes, both of Muncie, and four grandchildren.
