STILL ANOTHER.

Muncie Will Have an Ice Factory with

Muncie Capital to Freeze the

Water.

For several days Captain Dugan, a prominent capitalist of Covington, Ky., and a partner in the large ice factory in that city, has been in Muncie, the guest of the Hemingray Bros. Mr. Dugan was induced to come here to prospect for an ice factory, but when the Eaton, Ohio, capitalists decided to operate one here the Covington gentleman decided to say no more. After the collapse of the Eaton men's plans, Mr. Dugan returned and to-day a company with a capital stock of $25,000 is being organized with a few home capitalists taking the stock and the company will at once be formed, machinery purchased, and the buildings erected. Mr. Geo. Spilker and other well-known citizens will be members of the company that will give Muncie the much needed ice plant.
