Isaac Wormser fined $5 by lenient judge

Mr. Isaac Wormser, of the Wormser Glass Co., was treated leniently by Judge Stowe on his plea of guilty to the charge of having violated the law in regard to the employment of child labor, the offence in his case being regarded as a technical breach of the statute more than anything else. He was fined $5 and costs.
