Foley was Foraker's near neighbor on Walnut Hills. Of course, this is not the principal ground on which he was appointed. Mayor Smith would have perferred some other man to succeed Morgan. The gentleman recommended by Mr. Morgan did not get there. George Fopp is delighted. So is George Cox. So is Fred Haine. So are all the kids. Dr. Minor likes Major Foley. Dodds likes Dodds.
