The Garfield Clubs of this city met last night at Welling's Hall, and decided to turn out to-night to attend the meeting in West Covington, which will be addressed by Major Richardson, Captain P. W. Bolan, of Indianapolis, and Hon. O. W. Root, of Newport.

The following officers were chosen: Colonel, Isaiah Richardson; Lieutenant-Colonel, T. B. Hart; Major, Ed. Sellers; Adjutant, John Heltemes; Quartermaster, C. Garvey. The procession to-night will follow the following line of march: From Turner Hall, the place of meeting, east on Pike street to Madison, north on Madison to Fifth, west on Fifth to Main, north on Main to Third, west on Third to West Covington. The new uniforms and torches will be aired for the first time.
