Downs Resigns as Vice President.

B.M. Downs, who resides at East Orange, N.J., has tendered his resignation as director and vice president of the Brookfield Glass Co., bottle manufacturers of Brooklyn, N.Y. Mr. Downs has been identified with the company in an official capacity for many years and is widely known in glass bottle circles, particularly in the eastern district.
