CONDITION OF DODD
Delicate Operation May be Done to
Save the Man's Life.
John Dodd, who was stabbed in the head and body by Larry Carey a few weeks ago, is very low at the city hospital, and his death is not unexpected by the physicians in charge. It is claimed that the knife wielded by Carey partially severed an Artery in Dodd's head, and that this place struck by the knife, being weaker than other portions of the artery, has developed an aneurismal tumor. This tumor is gradually growing, although the physicians are endeavoring to reduce it by pressure. It is possible that a delicate operation will be performed to save Dodd's life.
